Our lawyers have extensive experience in legal advisory services to the benefit of the vendors of office and residential buildings - for a few years our lawyers have been providing legal services to the group of companies during all landlord - tenant related issues as well as in all cases related to day-to-day operation of the buildings.

Rates

We ensure personalised service, attentive to the specific needs of our clients. Therefore, our rates reflect the individual nature of every assignment and accurately account for the actual involvement of our lawyers. This enables our clients to plan their budgets in advance and to monitor actual expenditures. Apart from setting hourly fees for our lawyers (where the fee is the product of the actual work time spent by the lawyer multiplied by their hourly rate), we are willing to agree on fixed remuneration per project or assignment, capped fees or success fees. Our regular clients may also benefit from discounts or blended rates in relation to standard hourly rate fees. Each client is provided with a fee calculation based on hourly rates and accompanied by a breakdown of the time spent by each lawyer and a short description of the activities performed.
